Our Process

  1. Discover

    After you contact us, the first thing we do is research your industry. Then we like to meet (if possible), discuss your project, and ask you a whole bunch of questions. We'll then provide you with a rough estimate for your project.

  2. Contract

    After our initial contact we go over all the info, and send you a final agreement by mail. At this point an initial retainer fee of 25% and the website content (text, photos, etc.) will be required before we start on the website design.

  3. Design

    Now the creative juices can begin to flow. We take all of your ideas, and all of our knowledge and hop into Photoshop. We then email you the finished design concepts for you to look over. You choose which design best suites your business, and let us know of any revisions before approval.

  4. Develop

    This is where the images turn to code, and your website comes to life. We specialize in standards based development so you can rest assured your website will be future proof and accessible. When we have finished with this stage, we will upload the website to a private server so that you may look it over and make any last minute changes or corrections.

  5. Deliver

    Once the finished website is approved we require another 25% payment to be made before making the website "live" on the Internet. Once the website is live we will bill you for the remaining 50%, but our work doesn’t end when the website is up and running. We offer a range of services to help continue building and improving upon the work already completed.
